A. No, for schools, pre-payment is not usually required. Q. Can I get the goods delivered to me at my home?
A. As goods are supplied on credit, they must be delivered to the school address only.
Q. How much is the freight?
A. For Mother's Day and Father's Day items we have now negotiated a special $10 deal. This applies to each order no matter where you are in Australia. For our other items eg. novelties, lucky dips etc it depends on what you order and where you are. Each consignment is weighed and measured and then we find most cost effective way to send it. We only charge what we are charged. Q. Can I pick up my order?
A. Yes, certainly you can pick up – just let us know . Q. Do you have a showroom?
A. Yes, we do have a showroom , which is by appointment only. Q. Can we return any unused items?
A. No sorry, we have found that in many cases, far more stock is ordered than is needed and it is not returned in the same condition as supplied. In the case of Mother’s Day & Father’s Day gifts we would have to be holding that stock for a full year. If you would like any advice about placing your order, quantities, or what is popular, please ring us and we will try to help with some ideas. Q. How much notice do you need?
A. We always appreciate as much notice as possible especially during the lead up to Mother’s and Father’s Day. 3 Weeks is good but if you have an urgent order we suggest you contact us first. With Mother’s/Father’s Day orders we advise you to put in your orders as soon as possible as this is a really busy time for us. Q. What is in your bulk lucky dips?
A. These are as very popular item. We put in a variety of items, depending on price and availability, most of which are on our website. Should you wish for particular items for your lucky dips, you would need to order these separately. Q. I don't like to use the internet for ordering.
